When an associate finally had time for us, she was polite, helpful, and apologized multiple times for the long wait. I think service would be substantially better if they had more employees on the floor.

My eye sight is terrible and it only took a few days for my new glasses to arrive. I will continue to be a customer as well as let people know about the tremendous service and support they offer for one’s eyes.

- EBErnest T BassFeb 20, 20261.0I agree, worst store ever. Two people working, one of them the manager. She decides to "go to the bank" with customers waiting. Leaving only one person. They have to order my lens. They tell me they will be shipped within 7 to 10 days. Its now been 12 days. I called and they said that the lenses have not arrived and it may take two weeks to get them, then 4 to 5 days to fit to frames and ship. The person "helping me" tells me I need new nose pads and my current frames need new line/wire. He does not fix the issues, but sends me out with broken glasses. He is too busy waiting on waiting customers.
