  I just had my first appt there & am extremely pleased. Sarah may just have been the best hygienist I've ever experienced! And my last dentist said I'd need a crown soon on a tooth where the back area had broken off; but not Dr Ritcher. He explained the reasons why it wasn't necessary. The way I see it he could have made money, but choose to do the right thing. I'm very thankful to have found them!

  I have an irrational fear of going to any dentistry in general, but this place always puts me at ease! The staff is so nice but I want to shout out the lady up front, her name is Amber. The office was short staffed so instead of working at the computer, she was more than happy to help my dentist in being their assistant that day and didn’t make me feel like a burden, as most places would! I only come to this office because of Amber! She used to work at a different dental office but after I heard she was transferring I followed her here! Again, this is the only place I will go to, they’re reassuring, they take care of me and help me understand things I haven’t before! Way to go Amber and staff!

  I went to this dentist for office visits. The dentist and the nurse were very nice and professional. Where it all went wrong was when we went up to the front expecting every thing to be covered because before me and my mom drove all the way from eufaula, my mom called and asked about pricing and they stated office visit and cleanings were covered but when we went up to the front it was something completely different. So obviously my mom was questioning. Amber, one of the front desk ladies was very rude and kept slamming stuff and rolling her eyes and even at one point walked off. Not only that but they all started gossiping about me and my mom mocking us while we were talking to the sweet nurse Angie who was trying her best to get everything figured out. I get both side because I work in customer service, but the way these ladies were acting was very childish and unprofessional. I really feel bad for the customer who has had to deal with these snobby brats.
