  Dr Pope is truly the best. We are so lucky to have her as our pediatrician. She takes the time to make sure not only the parents questions are answered but that the kids feel included in the conversation.

  I have always been satisfied with this office. The providers are knowledgeable and thorough and they have urgent care with very good hours. When my daughter had an ear infection I was able to come in quickly and get her medication.

  Be very cautious if you are self pay. Went in as a walk-in self pay client to see nurse practitioner. Explained in detail reason for the visit. Nurse practitioner came out and described a simple and easy procedure to remedy the problem. Asked the desk staff about rate and was given a price. Paid. Only to receive a bill in the mail a week or 2 later with an additional amount due more than double what I had already paid. I called for an explanation only to be told desk staff doesn't know pricing for procedures and the price I previously paid was only for the office visit and the procedure performed was additional. I felt very misinformed and defrauded. If I had been given a proper explanation and a choice of paying additional I would have chosen to go elsewhere. Very disappointed. Ask questions, ask lots of questions and request paid in full invoice so they can't "SURPRISE" you with additional fees later that they are unwilling to take responsibility for due to misinformation.
