The initial visit seemed great. Both my disabled aunt and myself, a retired and disabled veteran were ecstatic for a semblance of pain relief and remedy for our discomforts. But once we purchased two Good Feet Insert systems and got them home, not only did our problems not resolve, but they became worse. After making several phone calls, to inquire about the return of the merchandise and receiving our refunds, their experience became darker and not so pleasant. I would liken our good feat store experience that to a cult-like experience. They're very nice when they want to get you in and get your business. But don't you dare try to get out of it. I am going to visit the store today and make one more attempt to resolve the issues before going to my legal counsel.
I will keep you all posted.
P.S. If you are the owner and happen to be reading this, I would love for you to reach out to me directly.

I went in last weekend and told Hannah about my chronic pain, constant pressure in the ball of my left foot just under my big toe, pain in my right sciatic nerve and lower back, and how unbalanced I felt, especially walking on grass or uneven ground. She was so kind, professional, and really listened to what I was feeling. The fitting was quick and painless, and the moment I tried the strengthening arches, I felt my joints naturally pop into place and the pressure lift off my foot. I could actually stand and turn without pain for the first time in ages.
Now, after wearing my arches for just 5 days, along with the maintenance and relax sets, I no longer feel any pain. I even threw out all my store-bought gel inserts and ankle braces because I simply don’t need them anymore.
If you’ve been dealing with foot or back pain and feeling unbalanced, go see Hannah. She truly changed how I walk, move, and feel every day!
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce—or even
eliminate—pain. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
