  The Midwest City Oklahoma location has the absolute worst customer service. We have been long time happy pearl vision customers until now. This experience was horrible. We will be taking out business elsewhere moving forward. First They have a remote optometrist, the local staff does not clean the eye exam areas adequately. My husband complained the lens were cloudy but they did nothing to clean them. His appointment took two hours due to incompetence . They over charged us but refused to immediately address the issues. I still do not know if they will correct and provide us with the refund for the fraudulent over charges. There is so much more that went wrong with the appointments I do not recommend this location. Go anywhere but this location. The staff and management is rude. The manager accused me because I booked my appointment online is the reason they couldn’t do my appointment all in one visit because if I had booked in person they would have been able to tell me that their remote dr would not have been able to do a eye exam and contact lens fitting in the same day because she turns off immediately at the end of her shift. My appointment was booked at 3pm

  Kat was genuinely the nicest person ever !! She was so so sweet and everyone else was amazing too! Very knowledgeable staff and friendly environment. I will be coming back! Give everyone raises

  Just left the Sugar Land office and want to shout Jennier B. for being patient with me and kid with all my inquiry. There was a gentleman working yesterday that took care of me as well. Thank you two for your patience 😊
