  Nurse practitioner was great. The nurses that do the intake are great also. The front desk staff was completely unprofessional. They laughed loud, talked loud and had unprofessional inappropriate conversations amongst themselves with Patience waiting in the lobby. When you approach the front desk with questions, I did not get acknowledged until after the two ladies finished their personal conversation and the lady sitting directly behind the desk was slouched down with her feet in another chair. It was one of the most unprofessional experiences that I've witnessed in a long time. But as comfortable as they were with being that unprofessional, I assume it's the norm
