  Crystal was very professional and efficient, but also super nice. They had my daughters glasses done in 12 minutes, what more can you ask for?

  They were quick and easy. They helped me pick the best frame that goes with my face shape. 10/10 recommend going here for a pair of glasses or two.

  I thoroughly loved my experience at the MWC Eyemart Express! After being disheartened by my Optometrists insane pricing on Frames and Lenses (with $350 insurance!) it was suggested by my barber that I try Eyemart Express! I walked in was immediately greeted by two very friendly employees that told me they were busy but they would get with me as soon as I could, and I was free to browse. Not long after that a third employee showed up and helped me right away. After running my insurance information found out that I was eligible for a free pair of frames and lenses at the $39.95 price point and that I had a $220 allowance on frames. This is not told to me by my optometrist who only said I had $170. So we quickly got settled on two styles I liked one within my allowance and one with my free. And within 45 minutes I was out the door with two new pairs of glasses. They were very helpful they reminded me several times about the warranty on my lenses, and made sure that everything was taken care of before I left! I was thoroughly impressed and will be back!

  Like most guys we shy away from doctors appointments Haven't got my eyes checked since i was a kid bout 9 or 10 yrs old im 53 now they were so attentive and made me fill secure best doctors appointment ive ever had they explained everything as it went along along with my making me take better care of myself they made me fill welcome and we'll informed of the process thanks guys

  This transaction went down smoothly and effectively even though the store was having major computer problems! They informed us of the problem but NEVER used it as an excuse. My husband was able to get the exact glasses he wanted and got them within 50 minutes! The tech (sorry, I'm old and forget names) even contacted another entity to untangle a snag that existed with insurance coverage!😲 The store manager ensured all went well and steered us to what we were looking for though we didn't really know how to describe it! Highly recommend this store!
