- SWSergeant WNov 5, 20255.0Scheduled a 8am work out but lady at desk was very rude and said the trainer is not there until 11am. She was just sitting there playing on her phone and acted like I was bothering her. If the trainer isn't in until a certain time why can you schedule classes before. The gym is really nice and clean, but the lady up front just ruined it was very unprofessional. Update Trainer called shortly after this happened. Was super nice and apologized for the way things went and set it up to meet him later, so will see how it goes. Update Went in talked to Steve super nice guy showed me a work out routine and get goals for myself. Very glad I went back.
