  Accountability must feel like an attack when you’re in the wrong. There is a doctor here who scheduled vacation over a family member’s appointment. His receptionist failed to notify this relative resulting in them showing up. Instead of apologizing and owning up to her mistakes, this scheduler became angry and lied about leaving a voicemail and sending something on my chart. This relative has neither set up. This relative kept their composure and did not reschedule in spite of this belligerent, lying staff member. Later this staff member would make false claims resulting in this relative not being able to see physicians at this location. After thirty plus years of service to their community and Nation, this relative was left embarrassed and hurt over getting a certified letter due to the lying, unprofessional staff member. No big loss due to the quality of care received here but to have a healthcare professional make false statements when they are in the wrong is a massive breach. This receptionist should have been thankful a complaint was not filed on her instead of falsifying one on others.

  Tried to call for assistance because of a broken foot. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and no help at all.Would not recommend using this place.
