It gets you moving, full body workout, stretching embedded in each class makes sure you dont skip that which is highly important for your muscles and its recover.

Every class format is challenging in its own way, enabling you to get a great mix of whole body strengthening, cardio and stretching in a low-impact environment. Are you experiencing soreness or an injury, or are you pregnant? No problem! The friendly and helpful instructors give you modifications to keep you active but safe. Men welcome, too!
