I was able to enroll in the Home health program ,I Frist enrolled with a company without much success except for the caregiver. Now i have been with Home watch Caregivers for 4 months now and the comparison between both companies is like night and day .I am very glad i made the switch along with my Caregiver. I still have the same caregiver that was sent to me from the previous company she is a god send and goes above and beyond and will do just about anything i need help with. Home Watch has helped me with my hours, helped with all of my Drs appointments ,and they make sure i get to my Doctors appointments. They have assisted me with getting a ramp, lift and a mobility scooter for me to get around, this is one of the best moves i have ever made. The Professionalism through Home Watch is top notch and they have gone out of there way to make sure my safety, and my needs are meet everyday they are scheduled which is 5x days a week. Now Tobi she has always answered any calls of concern or information that I'm searching for and has gone above and beyond to make me feel like family is one of my biggest joys , very Professional. I haven't had the pleasure of meeting all of the staff but the ones that come to my house to help me thru the week have always been professional, the sweetest ladies you will ever meet. They are always so polite and timely, Jobs are done to my very strict expectations and would recommended Home Watch Caregivers of Edmond to any and all Veterans who are looking for this kind of assistant and professionalism.
