Classes are very punctual. The workouts have changed my passion for fitness. I missed a week and I could tell the difference in my muscles and general stiffness. The teaching styles vary from instructor to instructor in the best way. I love Amy and Tiffani’s classes. Amy gives an amazing cardio workout and I love how Tiffani explains how to use different parts of your body and why we do the movements. Very highly recommend!
