Doctors, nurses, etc. I will definitely go back to see her in the future. (Hopefully I won’t have to!). All the staff were super friendly and professional also. They got me in and out very quickly.

The receptionist quickly corrected this and I was able to get into my appointment a lot sooner. I appreciate the convenience of this place and everyone there thank you all again.
- AAAngelaMar 25, 20261.0I fell and scraped some skin off my knee. Five days later I came here to the Med Wise because I thought it was infected. After a paying the copay, the doctor was in the room with me for about 2 minutes, typing the whole time, asking questions. Never even looked at the knee. Wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic. Now it's four days after going in there and I'm on my way to a different Urgent Care because it looks about the same and still hurts. Nurse was wonderful, but doctor lacked compassion/good bedside manner. Will not come back.

I was told by the front desk that they would bill my insurance and then bill me for what was left over. Apparently that hasn't happened. Because they billed me the entire amount (nearly $600) and did not bill my insurance. I've called multiple times and left voicemails, but no one will answer or call me back.
