  I confirmed my daughter’s wellness visit the day before with the front desk (a Caitlyn) but when we arrived, we weren’t on the schedule? The staff member was rude and unapologetic when I explained the situation. With provider changes and poor communication, the lack of professionalism in a primary care clinic is disappointing. Disorganization and difficult front desk staff is not worth dealing with for pediatric care.

  Dr Harrison is amazing ! She saw my 6 children right away and is very thorough and takes time with each patient! Super kind! She is awesome !!!

  This place has gone down hill in a major way since Dr. Ronnie Carr left. I have moved near Mcalester and hadn't yet found a primary care doctor in the area yet, so I have still been seeing Dr. Jack Aldridge (only because he took over for Dr. Carr). Finally made an appt with a doctor in Mcalester but she won't be able to see me for 2 and a half weeks. Currently suffering from back pain that I have already gone to the ER for, tried to make an appt to see Dr. Aldridge since the other doctor is booked so far out. They were able to book me an appt for the same day to only call me back a half hour later and deny me the appt because I made an appt with another doctor. Telling me I changed my primary care doctor and there same day apps are for their patients only. I felt like I was given the boot because I had the audacity to make an appt with another doctor. I have been an established patient at this clinic for 15+ years. I actually cried when Dr. Carr retired. Considering leaving the whole St. Francis system all together. It is obvious they don't care about patients health.
