  Utica closed so came here. Was seen very promptly, nurse directed me to St. Francis ER at 61st and Yale due to him saying testing would take too long at UC in terms of getting results. It was not a medical emergency, no testing needed, and now worrying about a bill from the ER.

  Always helpful and never have a problem getting in to see a doctor. Everyone is so nice and helpful there.

  This is the best Urgent Care that I have visited. Everyone is so helpful. The medical team seems to enjoy their work and are happy to answer my questions. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. I really appreciate the staff.

  Take your child to their pediatrician. They treat every child visit as if you're just a parent over reacting. The nurse swabbed my daughter for flu and covid but the swab barely entered her nose. Its not an MRSA swab its flu, its supposed to be nasopharyngeal. CDC has never changed that, but since most ppl dont know they will take the negative result as a win. If your going to put your child through the trauma, make sure its done properly otherwise save them the pain. Its a disservice to them.
