I have had my Aids for several years and they have been my cheerleaders when I first obtained the Aids guiding me over the phone or to come in to the office to make sure I understood what to do. This caring for me the customer has not diminish in any way for the entire time I have been with them. Sometimes they would call me back to make sure the Aids were working correctly and I was comfortable with my hearing! Anytime I call it has been a positive experience and a true interest heard from their side. I have delt with the receptionist/assistant about 80% of the time and Kim Townsend. She checks the aids out and calls in Calvin for the making them work correctly when needed.
- MFMary FisherAug 21, 20251.0Miracle Ear was very rude to me telling me my ins doesn't cover hearing aids and that Medicare doesn't cover them. I explained I have an advantage plan and they informed me that they didn't care to hear about my finances! Anyway, went to a place that not only accepts my insurance but I have no out of pocket expenses. I can also get new ones every year. Miracle Ear is way expensive anyway. Hearing Group in Moore, OK are the best!!

Starla and Kim we’re both very professional and knowledgeable and very good at their jobs. I have since referred to other people to have their hearing checked by Miracle-Ear here in Chickasha. The ladies at this establishment are like friends now. If I would be able to I would give them all a raise and a big thank you as a job well done.
