    Uncooperative with ordered medication. Think they know better than the doctors ordering the prescription. Try to suggest different routines, challenging the doctors orders. Does not deliver medication timely, even when a schedule was agreed upon, and continues to short medication or not bring it all together which messes up patient routines, and/or leaves them without for hours. I Consider that as patient abuse. Unreasonably causing harm and pain to patients. *** you do not see me in your system because I am not your customer, my mother is. I am tired of having to rely on a company that has zero empathy for patients, and gets their feelings hurt when told about it. Act like professional adults, do your job, keep your word.
