The guy (John?) was left alone with a shop full of people. 12+. 2 people had quit that day and the manager went home for her birthday. This store always seems under staffed and apparently has a very high turnover rate. In my experience that’s not an employee problem but an employer problem. Maybe call undercover boss…. 🤷🏻♂️

I was also told my frames were discontinued, BUT they were able to find me a frame that was almost exactly the same. I was so excited. They were done in ten minutes and all was good. They also were very patient while my husband tried on glasses until he found the perfect fit for himself. I do feel like it was a bit pricy, but what isn't these days. I feel like I would pick a lens and then more fees would be added and it honestly felt neverending.
