  The first time I went was like 5 stars the second time I went they had a couple hours before they closed I was told to come up there since they did my arm and they'll look at it because it's swelling the lady behind the desk was rude blonde lady with glasses and told me I can't be seen for just looking at the arm and wanted to know who told me that so I left today I'm supposed to get my stitches removed same blonde stayed quiet answered her questions and she already had an attitude just got there and being so I told her I'll remove them myself whyll she is there I can see why patients have a hard time

  Went today and everyone was nice and knowledgeable. I was directed to the ER which was the right thing to do.

  Went to their lab. Mariah stuck me first. She was drawing wrong way (15 yr of nursing and 45 of getting labs & never seen anyone stick the needle in towards fingers instead of elbow on vein going up to elbow). Both times she was right on the vein but kept going beside it and gave up too fast. Second girl stuck twice and BOTH times pulled needle out of skin completely while digging for a vein no less than 4 times (stuck 8 times essentially by just her). When I said “you were both right on it” bc I needed anyone to try again, Mariah piped up rudely and said “yeah I know we are just so horrible” in a snarky tone so I stopped being nice. I wasn’t being condescending. I told them both they really had it, were right there. And she was loudly rude and made loud, unprofessional, and snarky comments as I left (wasn’t worth my time to continue talking to either of the disrespectful “employees”). Neither one should be working with the other, both need experienced people with them. The other said Mariah could try again and Mariah refused. Tried that lab 3x and all 3x terrible experience. They don’t listen to the patient (who most often knows far more about our veins than anyone bc it’s OUR body). I have a port. I will guide you to the right place. I put in PICC lines for a living so I won’t steer you wrong and they knew that. Never had a problem with ANY other lab and everyone else gets it FIRST, at most second try even on my crappy veins. So yeah Mariah, you truly are terrible in skills, professionalism, and personality.

  I highly recommend not going here, they said i had a bulging disk. They game me two Toridol shots. And later that night i had a stroke. Looking up Toridol shots says they increase the risk of strokes. This BS changed my life so much. If you value your health stay away from this urgent care. You might end up worse than when you first came.
