  You can send an I’m on my way from their website to shorten wait time. Thé intake nurse was attentive (Mr. Jimmy Moon) amd thé Dr (Jeff Hillhouse) was attentive, thorough and efficient. My little guy was well taken care of. Great experience. Expertise was fabulous.

  Waited an hour to be seen, wouldn't be a big deal if it wasn't for the fact that none else was waiting in the lobby. The nurse had glasses and a headband/bandana on was the rudest nurse I've ever talked too. Did not care about the patient and their symptoms at all. Had the worse customer service ever and just does not know how to talk to a patient. She was not precise with her questions and seemed to only care about if they "might" have had covid MORE THAN A WEEK AGO! Then proceeded to only do a covid test because of this, no strep, no flu, just covid. Then we had to wait AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR A COVID TEST! She did not give us a time estimate or keep us up to date with what was happening with the test. THE WORST URGENT CARE EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT HELP!!!!. The docter was nice when we finally go to see her after the hour and a half of waiting in the room. Even though the rude nurse still tried to step in instead of her. It took them that whole time just to get an actual examination of her throat and breathing. Again, DO NOT GO HERE! AND TRAIN YOUR DAMN STAFF!

  Super easy and quick. Did the online check-in prior to arriving. not exactly professional service though.
