  I went in last week due to my right leg swelling and terrible pain. The PA looked at it and said they had made me an appointment with cardiology at St Francis South for that afternoon in the event I had a blood clot. That was rather frightening. I went to cardiology and they did an ultrasound. Then nothing. No call, nothing. I finally called the Warren clinic a week later. The receptionist said she would ask what the results were and call me back. She did, said it was a cyst, just use compression and raise my leg. The lack of care by the PA was simply too much for me. I have been going to Warren clinic for years now but I am going to request my medical records and find a new physician elsewhere.

  Whitney was the nurse that took my vitals & she was so sweet! She even told me she knew a family dr that likely was accepting new Patients. I saw P.A. Jeffrey Hillhouse today and he was VERY informative in a way I hadn't seen before from my last Dr. I felt a huge relief lift off of me as he educated me about my issue. He was great! That's all I'm going to say cause the reason for my visit is private. But please know they are very nice & they know what they're doing. That's what's most important!

  If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! This is not an urgent care. Nothing about this place is urgent. I made an appointment to be seen at 11am and sat in the waiting groom for an hour and a half before being called back to my room. My 20 month old son was with me playing with the toys in the waiting room and when they called us back we got up and walked towards the back room. We did not leave a mess, toys were on the table and I didn’t put them back in the bucket but they were all on the kids table. The guy asked me if those were our toys and I said no & he said oh they’re the hospitals? And I said yes and he goes “oh okay well you should’ve picked them up before u came back but I’ll go ahead and clean your mess for you”. I sat in our room for another hour without the nurse coming in or the doctor. I spent a total of 2.5 hours there just to have to walk out because my son was fussy because he (A TWENTY MONTH OLD) had been waiting for over 2 hours for his mom to be seen and she never got to. This place is horrible. I absolutely would not recommend to anyone. Rude staff.
