I haven't been to a doctor in over 20 years. I probably won’t see another one for another 20 but if I do I would go back to Will. He is down to earth and gets the job done without the extra crap. I was so glad to have him as my doctor. I have a touch and go travel job and I can’t miss a week of work. Will met me where I was and provided the solution I needed. I can trust that kind of person. Thank you sir for your work! Forever grateful.

Jaemie Armiger, PA and the staff treated me with such kindness and compassion. I couldn’t recommend them more. Every time my family visits this location we receive the best care. They are so encouraging, respectful, intelligent and professional. Best of the best.

Big thumb down. Pretty sure she misdiagnosed me or never did, as I am still sick. Went in the other day with flu-like symptoms after being exposed to flu A. The only vital she checked was my weight and temperature, when the ears, nose and throat should always be checked along with that. She only did a Flu test on me but barely even swabbed my nose. Note because of the winter season and rise, they should always do both covid and flu tests. Shockingly I was negative for the flu, when I was really ill with flu-like symptoms and still am. All she prescribed was Tamilflu after I told her I didn't take pills. Already disregarded right there. It was as though she didn't care to listen and just wanted this visit to hurry up. And when I asked for a doctor note for work, she chuckled and asked why I needed a doctor note when I was negative for the flu? I've never had a medical "professional" respond in such a way. To add to that, she wrote I could return to work THE NEXT DAY. I feel these type of clinics get you in-and-out and that's it. No real care. Nothing. I will absolutely go elsewhere and never come back here or any of these just like them. It's a shame because people are actually sick needing care. Extremely disappointed. I'd give 0 stars but sadly you gotta put something.

Everyone there is super nice and understanding in my experience, I accidentally misread my papers and overlooked the diagnosis I got. The only thing I wish was clearer was communication, I didn't know I have Tonsillitis/wasn't informed of it till relooking at my papers a few days later. The PA could have told me that directly as unfortunately I was under the assumption I had no diagnosis due to not being informed of it, nonetheless I should have looked at my discharge papers a little better. Super fast visit as well, the testing being done was the only thing that took a bit of time, possibly 40 minutes for three different tests. Despite not being told straight up my diagnosis, I really appreciate the PA and people that helped me when I came in, they were very sweet and made my experience a little bit less stressful. The only thing I will say at the moment that displeases me is my Athena portal is saying $185 is owed despite me paying it upon arrival, when Medwise called me back for a throat culture update they also told me they don't have any payments owed on their end so there's basically no reason for it and to contact a number if it's still the same on Monday. I find it a little odd, but I understand accidents happen and will wait to see if this is fixed by Monday. Happy holidays, thank you all and sorry for being a bother, I appreciate the care and all of you who gave me grace!

I’ve been coming to this urgent care for years, ever since they opened, and until today I’ve generally had positive experiences. Unfortunately, today was extremely disappointing and upsetting. Today was my son’s birthday—he’s still in the single digits—and we were seen for an abdominal issue. My son has developmental delays, which I clearly explained to the provider, PBR Jaemie A. He was visibly upset and crying, and instead of showing patience or appropriate bedside manner, she spoke to him rudely and then spoke about him in an unprofessional way. Even after being told about his developmental delays, her attitude toward both my son and me did not change. Rather than attempting to calm him or explain what she was doing in a way he could understand, she stated that she has a child with delays and that “they just needed to learn how to handle a doctor’s visit.” That comment felt dismissive and lacked compassion. When examining his stomach—the reason for our visit—she abruptly lifted his shirt without explaining what she was about to do. My son tried to pull his shirt back down and protect himself, clearly uncomfortable. Instead of slowing down and explaining the exam to him, she continued without addressing his fear or discomfort. The entire interaction felt rushed, insensitive, and unprofessional. As a parent, it was heartbreaking to watch my child be treated with such little respect, especially on his birthday. Families with children who have developmental delays deserve understanding, patience, and basic dignity. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so no other child or parent has to experience this again.
