- AWAdrian WallaceMar 26, 20263.0Equipment is mostly old.. free weights they have are old and need replaced, different size and brands of 45plates... only up to 100 in dumbells... no paper towel dispenser just rolls on tables ridiculous.. bathroom is okay but they gotten rid of the swimsuit dryer.. I mean they have a pool that would be nice to use... the gym is okay but not up to standards.. didn't see any trainers...when 10 gym bought that gym from thr previous owners it was nice..but since it forsure had went down hill and it doesn't appear they are trying keep it up....just collecting money....

As a result of this misinformation, I was charged excessive fees on my account. After noticing the issue, I contacted the corporate office for assistance. During that call, I spoke with a representative named Karen. Unfortunately, the interaction was very unprofessional. Karen was extremely rude and refused to provide me with the contact information for a supervisor when I requested to escalate the issue. Additionally, when I asked how I could file a formal complaint regarding both the billing error and the customer service I received, she declined to provide that information as well. When I continued to ask for guidance on submitting a complaint, Karen ultimately ended the call by hanging up on me.
