  I saw a triage type nurse, the provider and a lovely woman who even scheduled my appointment at an in person site. From start to finish everyone was extremely friendly and the Dr. Was very caring and listened to EVERYTHING I had to say! Not often do you feel heard anymore and I definitely did. Even though I wish she could have just called me in some antibiotics and call it a day, in the long run I know I truly.need a chest xray. So thanks everyone and I will always come.here for all my telemedicine needs.

  Rachel was extremely nice and patient. She listened to everything that I had to say And she was non-bias. I truly truly appreciate her and I hope that she continues to do this type of work for a long time. We need more people like her in this field.

  Horrible care everytime. I should be well by now. I have a history of this thing going into bronchitis and pneumonia. I take antibiotics so that don’t happen. I’m in my 3rd day of missed work and my 9th day it miserable sick. It’s getting harder to breathe and I don’t have a PCP right now. My old one would just call in a z pack and I wouldn’t have missed this week at all. I’m going to Warren clinic where they have real doctors that listen to their patients today so I can get back to my life

  Not a great staff I would not recommend .anyone to go to this midwives Bixby clinic the people there are unprofessional and they do not help any patients or any personnel coming in there they treated me really bad and they was not professional they wasted 45 minutes of my time for no reason and having to get a refund the people there don't know what they're doing they should hire staff that actually know how to do their job that's just my own opinion

  Would not recommend coming here. My husband & I brought our 15 month old son in & found out he has an ear infection. We’re currently between insurance companies so we paid $185 out of pocket. The doctor sent in a prescription and stated that if he is not feeling any better within a few days, that we could come back in for a follow up appointment at no charge so that our money didn’t go to waste. I call in a few days later, as our son seems to be getting even worse. They told me they would give me a call back once they spoke to the lead physician. I received a call back a few hours later stating that if my son needed to be seen for a follow up, we would have to pay the full $185 again. So not only is my son still super sick, but we completely wasted $185 and we were lied to. What was at first a very impressive and great experience became a huge disappointment. We will never come back and will be advising others to never come here. If you tell people something, honor it and stick to your word. It’s really that simple.
