  Wonderful an in an out experience. However the care was excellent they also helped with easing room tension with smiles and jokes themselves. Every question asked also had an answer. Currently have had surgery or "drainage" on my finger and the re wrap they did for my packing and open wound is amazing. Not causing swelling pain lack of blood flow nothing all around wonderful staffing as well. Thank you Medwise for being so caring and helpful!

  Do not come here! They lied to some of my best friends, took $185 from them, and their son is still super sick. Very untruthful company!

  Would not recommend coming here. My husband & I brought our 15 month old son in & found out he has an ear infection. We’re currently between insurance companies so we paid $185 out of pocket. The doctor sent in a prescription and stated that if he is not feeling any better within a few days, that we could come back in for a follow up appointment at no charge so that our money didn’t go to waste. I call in a few days later, as our son seems to be getting even worse. They told me they would give me a call back once they spoke to the lead physician. I received a call back a few hours later stating that if my son needed to be seen for a follow up, we would have to pay the full $185 again. So not only is my son still super sick, but we completely wasted $185 and we were lied to. What was at first a very impressive and great experience became a huge disappointment. We will never come back and will be advising others to never come here. If you tell people something, honor it and stick to your word. It’s really that simple.

  Rachel was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, walking me through medication options after my diagnoses to help me return to optimal health as soon as possible. She was also very pleasant and kind, which anyone can appreciate when they aren't feeling there best. Thank you for the amazing care, Rachel!

  Charged $200 for them to tell us they couldn't help us. A quick look over and eh sorry can't help ya. But I'm sure the ER can. I even called ahead, couldn't have told us that over the phone??? Before I paid $200 for nothing.
