  Rachel and her staff were fast efficient and friendly. They understood that you weren’t there under the best of circumstances and did everything possible to make your visit quick and comfortable. I felt reassured and within 48 hrs, as Rachel predicted, I was feeling much better! Thank you!

  I have been coming to this location for quite sometime until today. I am kinda thrown back because I have never been treated this way before, doesn't matter if it's a holiday & its not my fault the "provider" has an injury to her leg but still need to treat people with kindness and not be rude. Anyways, came in and made my appointment for 10:45. Got back into a room, Rachel Reynolds was the provider today. So, she said I had an upper respiratory infection. An upper respiratory infection is what I always get 4 times out of the year, 95% of the time, mine are not contagious & instead, mine turn into pneumonia and I will end up in the hospital and everyone with Asthma and COPD know how it goes... I was sent on my way & I felt like I wasn't being heard, I felt like it was rushed and I felt like her little "common sense" statement wasnt necessary and her "vampire cough" treating me like a damn child, that wasnt necessary either. Rachel Reynolds the so called "provider" when I was trying to explain a little history on myself, like medication (cancer center) etc she said its not important. Rachel said she would call my prescription into a pharmacy that was open... guess what she DIDNT do... Yeah, she called it into one that was closed... Doesnt matter cause all the so called wonderful "provider " did was give me a refill on my albuterol inhaler even though I will need an antibiotic...🤣🤣 Save yourself the time, money and hassel... Long story short...start your new year right...DONT GO HERE! This place has gone to trash!

  Dr. Reynolds was great. She treated me nicely and was very professional. She made me laugh too!

  The one star goes to the kind nurse who held my baby and was encouraging.this missing 4 stars are for the doctor. I went with my three young kids and they were hungry and tired so i was already overwhelmed. I was a panicked mom and took my baby there as quickly as possible. The doctor said “you didn’t bring a suction”… knowing I got there as fast as I could with three kids by myself. She then shames me and says “I really wish you would have at least brought saline”. I got my baby to a medical provider as quickly as possible thinking they would have the tools to treat her. I even called before and they said they could treat a baby her age. I think it’s very unkind and not professional for the provider to be asking me to provide saline and suction. My two year old was also begging for water and not one of the multiple employees sitting there offered a cup or anything.
