  My Dr is amazing but the office staff leaves a lot to be desired. The time spent with patients has been seriously limited to 15 minutes for established patients & 30 minutes for new patients. We're seen for a very complicated condition & 15 minutes doesn't do us justice. I feel cheated of my time & money & that's not a good look for them. I wish he'd open his own practice

  Listen don’t even bother going here, they will keep you waiting during your appointments. I waited for a hour to not be seen by the doctor 🤦🏾‍♀️ I hate this place. Would give them a negative star if I could

  As a former business owner I know the importance of customer service and front office / patient relationship. Being a mental health provider it requires the staff to be a little more understanding and patient with the patient because of mental health issues. The first time I went there I over heard conversation while sitting in the room waiting on the doctor. The doctor was great no problems there. During a mental health non emergency crisis, the staff at the Bixby location need to be a bit more active in getting facts about the needs of the patient over the phone. All I heard after them answering the phone was "have we drug tested you? ". Being in recovery having a mental health issue with medication one would think first priority over anything else . I just don't feel the genuine care and understanding by some of the staff there. When a patient is severely depressed and potentially suicidal she needs to see a doctor asap about her medication not hear gossip about her from the waiting room while waiting to talk to the doctor.. Axis Tulsa Hills was great.. Bixby not so much. I'll be seeking a new provider. I do appreciate the follow-up message I received Monday asking if there was anything else they could do for me once I stated I would no longer be coming there. That person was very nice. Being a mental health provider I think you all need to pull some weeds and get some more genuine people in there who truly care.
