  I’ve had twice HORRIBLE experiences with him!! He doesn’t listen at all very combative!!! I’m sure being on Soonercare is the problem!!

  This entire organization is ridiculous!!!!! First off when you call you can get any location and a call center. They’re so lazy that they’re constantly transferring you to the nurse triage line. When they finally call you back the nurses are completely incompetent. Portals are constantly going down so when you need to request records they send it on there and you can’t get into them. Doctors don’t care about patients. Constantly misdiagnosing kids. I actually hate this entire organization

  Rude staff and receptionist. Every time I come to this location the receptionist is rude as can be and has an attitude. I also work in healthcare and it’s a shame when you need medical care for your child and the staff treat you like you’re an inconvenience as soon as you walk through the door. The only time I come here is when the other locations are too full. I’d rather drive 30 mins to another location than come here but today unfortunately i had a sick child and had no choice. Hope this girl doesn’t get a job in healthcare anywhere else.
