  I usually love shopping at GNC. The store is clean, well stocked, and normally a great place to find what I need. However, my most recent visit at the Bartlesville, OK location was pretty disappointing. The employee working, Madison, did not provide a welcoming or professional experience. When I walked in, I was not acknowledged at all, which immediately set a negative tone. She appeared disengaged, not very knowledgeable when I had questions, and overall gave off the impression that she did not want to be there. She also appeared possibly under the influence or not fully alert, which was concerning. On top of that, her appearance came across as unprofessional, like she had just rolled out of bed. I do not expect perfection, but basic customer service like a greeting, a helpful attitude, and a level of professionalism goes a long way. I will still continue shopping here because I genuinely like the store, but I hope management addresses this because it definitely impacts the overall experience.

  Manager on duty was Brit. Very Helpful and knowledgeable. She pointed out that she can have product I buy regularly shipped to my home. Very convenient! I do all of my Men's supplement shopping through this store now. Thx Brit!
