- ETElizabeth T5 days ago1.0The first thing that was a small red flag was that after filling out the information required online, I got a text not asking for just one, but two pieces of information I had already provided without the rep actually checking what was submitted online already. They had made it clear that without the information my kiddo couldn't be seen, so I had to text back to make sure they updated his information two different times, and was finally confirmed to be good. We originally wanted to try out Axis after Dr. Hightower moved over there, as we have been with him for years and love him, but the nurse provided an unsanitary environment when giving my kiddo their shots. Once a shot was given, she stuck the used needle into the exam table, did the second shot and did the same thing. And then when she put a bandaid on my kiddo, she got her hair stuck in the bandaid and proceeded to just pull her hair out of it but still used the same bandaid. We were not impressed with the lack of professionalism, and did bring this to the attention of Dr. Hightower when it happened. We won't be back unfortunately, as this entire setting just seemed sketchy from the get go and the shot incident was the icing on the cake. I would give this place 0/5 stars if I could.

- LGLeah GrahamDec 23, 20255.0Dr Anthony Hightower was amazing! He listened to all of my concerns without rushing me or making me feel stupid. I think I finally found a Dr without tunnel vision. His smile was infectious. He had a great attitude and bedside manner. Looking forward to the future visits to see if he's as great every time, as he was the first! And his nurse was amazing and sweet to say the least!
