  Use another supply company. ANY other supply company. I have been using them for 3 years now. Only once in all the times I’ve tried to contact them have they actually answered their phone. I called 3 times today and each time they pick up, (it beeps 2 times so you know they answered) then it hangs up. I actually have gone in to the office to get supplies since they won’t answer their phone and they got upset because I didn’t make an appointment. Really?? How would I make an appointment when you won’t answer the phone? When I said this they said they’ve been having trouble with their phones. Well here we are 2 years later and they’re still not answering. So I think we can rule out phone problems. I called my doctor 2 years ago and asked for another company but they called this office and told them I couldn’t reach anyone. This was the one time I spoke to them by phone and when they made the excuses they were having problems with their phone. I can honestly say this is the worst business I have ever encountered in Bartlesville. I would *strongly* recommend you deal with ANY other medical supply business. Because dealing with this company’s incompetence and “don’t care” attitude will just waste your time.

  I am in need of a knee brace, the one I have makes my pain worse because it has to be super tight. Everyone there was super helpful and very friendly. They are doing everything they can to get a brace for me ASAP. I truly appreciate it.

  Respitory therapist has bad attitude, always frowning and even yelled SHUT UP to an employee with a room full of customers. She has been therapist for last six months. I’ve had problems with CPAP showing red on mask seal and she said don’t worry about it. I now drive to Tulsa which is over 100 miles out of my way to avoid this problem. Have complained to corporate and corporate states there is nothing they can do about it.
