Very attentive. They treated you like they cared about you. Wasn't in a hurry and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Nicole is great and her staff is nice. Dr. Buyten is not. He completely ignored imaging and did absolutely nothing to help me with my documented sinus issues. He completely disregarded me and left me with no answers, no referrals, and no medication to help with what may be a fungal sinus infection and other sinus issues. A simple procedure like a nasal flush would have helped. But he did nothing.
Update: a few days later, I get an appointment with an ent in texas, he looks at the CT and says you need sinus surgery. They scheduled it for July. I guess Dr. Guyten doesn't need the money from our insurance company. Glad its going to someone who needs it and actually wants to help.

They dropped the ball on my care. Disregarded the severe vertigo that I'm dealing with as a result from domestic assault. I've called several times to set up times for the additional testing that they want to do but the receptionist is not very kind and not helpful and must not provide messages to the appropriate people. Then I was told that to get the additional testing I then needed to see another Dr there because the first one was not capable of treating me. So I made the appointment, then I'm told that I will need to pay for the new appointment even though they never should have put me with a Dr that was not capable of treating me the first time. They knew what was going on this me from my referral. I get to the new appointment(I live 40 miles away) and I'm told I don't need the appointment to have additional testing(this was after I refused to pay for the appointment). But it's now been two months and I have heard nothing from a scheduler to set up the additional testing. This has been going on since early 2025. What a joke.

Great place just bad receptionist. She has no people skills at all. Very rude. As soon as I walked in she spoke to me in a hateful tone with attitude and it was very embarrassing with a lobby full. To be a receptionist you should be friendly, smile and make people feel welcome. I think the only thing needed to change is her and by reading other comments im not the only person who just has an issue with her.
