PGSEO was formed by a core group of 23 independent, primary care physicians in Muskingum and Perry counties in Southeastern Ohio, who were striving to maintain their independence while providing quality care to their patients. Under the advise of our leadership and legal team, the physicians have been successful in growing the business to a 45 physician group in Muskingum, Perry, Guernsey, Fairfield and Morgan counties and have a mid-level provider staff of over 30 CNPs, PAs and counselors.
