  I'm going to live in pain willingly. I've been in pain for months and pain management has not helped in any way shape or form. The last straw was arriving nice and early and sitting in pain for 45 minutes. I was not called back and I'm not going to waste my time or money on a place that obviously does not care about my pain. No work for over 2 months and I doubt I'll be able to go back with a joke of a place this is

  This all happened a few years ago. I hope things are better there now. I wanted to share my experience so hopefully it never happens to anyone else. I went to Dr Moore for pain related to an old back injury. I was upfront about being a diabetic and was told no issues. Showed up at surgical center for procedure. Per their instructions I was told to NOT take my insulin because of no eating before procedure . Once in there I got changed and checked in with nurse. She took my sugar level and said she would be back. Almost an hour later she returned with the Dr. He told me he refused to give me the shots because my sugar was too high {197}. I reminded him it was under his orders to NOT take my insulin before procedure. He said he won't do the shot, said I was too high risk and walked out. Another Genesis fail.

  The Dr"s an staff are awesome . I have been going there for years now. The Dr"s an Nurse Practitioners Listen to what you say an know how to give you the best treatment...

  May I ask what they do to help you to control your pain .. I've been to a few and i am just tired of hurting all of the time.. I want to play with my grandchildren

  I drove 2 hours away from where I live at to go here and this pain management does not help with pain with any type of prescriptions this place only does injections/blocks I was very disappointed :(
