  I had something in the left side of my throat causing intense pain when triggered by just about anything. A swallow , a cough , cold drink , a yawn , just about anything. After putting up with this for about 3 months it got so bad that after my wife badgered me to go to Genesis ER I decided to go to ER to get some help. I thought this had something to do with a sore throat but found out after having CT scan and MRI that I had something called Glassopharyngeal Neuralgia (GPN). Was prescribed Tegretol XR turned out to be a miracle drug.Completely stopped the pain. I don't know who give the credit for this but I want to thank the whole ER personel dept for their great work .

  My experience was good they took care of my mom wit no problem I didn't experience any attitudes with any of the nurses doc was friendly also

  This damn hospital SUCKS SO MUCH been sitting in the waiting room for 3 hrs listening to a poor girl throwing her guts up screaming for help and no one cares my daughters blood work and urine comes back before she gets a room and nothing looks good! This place is so freaking slow and really don't care about anyone at all!! Licking Memorial hospital is unfortunately waaaay better than this place! And I bet when we leave they will tell her nothing is wrong but her blood and urine tests are either abnormal, low, high and the numbers aren't matching up to normal numbers! So let's see if they send her home with nothing wrong with her

  My husband went in for back issues and they basically ignored him for a week then shipped him to a nursing home that wasn't prepared to help him

  Had surgery Feb 11th. And everyone was amazing from drs to nurses. They checked on me and kept me up to date. Helped me when needed and got me out and back home fast which was great for me. Been here a few times for my husbands surgeries as well. Cant say enough good things about the staff here.
