    Dr Shaw was great, it was my first chiropractic experience and he explained what he would do. It did help my lower back pain. Then I had questions about my bill being different than my EOB and was very rudely given the runaround and made to feel stupid. After giving it many tries either the same treatment I called my insurance to intervene and finally got the answer I was looking for. Because of this billing dept I will find another office for my future care.

    I was very hesitant to start chiropractic treatment, like most I've heard some of the horror stories floating around out there. After dealing with chronic back pain for years I finally said why not. My only regret is I didn't come see the folks at Zanesville Chiropractic sooner. They are friendly, professional and walk you through every step of the process. If your thinking about seeing them, stop thinking and make an appointment.
