  I’ve used this pharmacy for years now and never had a problem. Lately though the last 4 months have been horrible. I needed another inhaler and chamber for my son because the school needed one. The doctor and insurance were fine with it but took them THREE WEEKS to finally actually place the order. Everytime I called they would say they have to order it and will be there on Monday. Each time I called to make sure it was ready they say they never put the order in. Still wouldn’t give me a chamber though so I had to buy another one. My other son got his dose upped and they took a week to get that ready. Now this past week has been hell for me to get my prescription.

  Update: This place is going downhill fast. They don’t have common medication in stock and have to order it, “broke” their drive through for a couple months, and blame it all on “short staffing”. The guy I usually talk to when picking up our meds is nice and helpful. I’ve had three great experiences with them now and will never be going back to my old pharmacy. They get people through exponentially faster than my previous pharmacy and don’t hand out a clipboard full of patient names like that other one.

  We buy approx. 90 percent of our groceries at Kroger's and it's very rare to have a complaint.

  Was called about having meds ready to pick up when arrived 3 hours later they only had 1of 2 ready they couldn't have let me know when both were ready?
