  I have had caregivers from Home Instead since 29 November 2021. My care has been excellent throughout this period. Kelly is one of the best caregivers I've had. She is always helpful and professional. Ron and Karra have also provided me with excellent support from Home Instead. Dana is a supervisor that checks up on my care and is always cheerful and positive. Thanks for all at Home Instead for your care.

  Lovely care givers for my father, no complaints on that. I applied for a position later to realized how ridiculous the employee rules are regulations compared to other companies I’ve worked for. As a HHA do not work for home instead. This company does not care the well being of the employees and doesn’t care if they are sick or wrecked. The policy states for more than a certain amount of calls off, but you can not reveive a raise or additional training, or benefits. if you call off, but you can’t go to work with fevers and they are no excused no matter what it is, even if you totaled your car. The on call team doesn’t try to fill shifts, but there are numerous office girls who can cover but they won’t.

  Home Instead has been a huge blessing to our family. The care pros are well trained and so caring, treating our family member with respect and compassion.Special shout out to care pros Lucia, Sherie, Dena, Karen, Joyce and Brittni. If we ever have a question or concern, we can call Dana, Jennifer or Mindy. They will welcome our call, listen and work towards a solution in a timely manner. We so appreciate Home Instead and can highly recommend them.
