  Medicine out of stock. An Employee said that I'd have to call back everyday. I said really I'm supposed to call everyday? I said can they call or text me when it comes in? she said No, there's too many people. HUH? But what the kicker is here is that they never even bothered to check their other Pharmacy three blocks down the street to see if they had it in stock. Guess what the other Pharmacy had it. When I call back to speak to the pharmacist at the Taylor Street Pharmacy to let him know that I found My Own medication, he didn't care, wasn't apologetic or anything. You would think the pharmacist would try to find your medication! But I guess your medication is not that important to them!

  Unfortunately they are close to where I live and in a convenient location for me otherwise I wouldn't be coming here at all. They are extremely rude and the checkout inside rolled her eyes at me literally. I'm surprised people use genesis besides necessity of no other good options because staff IS RUDE by choice. Wouldn't confirm my insurance for me and I didn't feel like talking to get anymore anyway. I wish they were better. They don't call to tell you things are ready either. No access to see prescriptions online either. Sadly we will go elsewhere.

  I have been trying to get my sons prescriptions filled. Yesterday the pharmacy waited until after 5 to tell me the insurance they were trying to bill wasnt active. I told them years ago he no longer had medicaid and I gave them the accurate information when he was switched from south to north. The lady on the phone was more interested in arguing with me that its not her fault then helping. She also told me he had no other insurance in his file. At this time the insurance company was closed so I had to wait until the next day. I called back at 9am after talking to his insurance and was informed this time by another lady his current insurance is in his file. Contradicting what the woman yesterday was rudely arguing. At 4pm I stopped to get his meds and they needed a prior authorization however failed to contact me about it all day leaving me to call his doctor's office right as they are closing so now I wont be able to get it until tomorrow. Day 2 for him to be out of his ADHD medicine because they are horrible at communicating. Once this is finally filled I will be switching pharmacies.
