  Got to love when you're told 11:45 for a appointment and a hour and 15 minutes later you're still sitting here wondering what's going on.

  My 14 year old daughter had surgery here this morning. GREAT place. Very clean, very nice. The staff welcomes you as soon as you walk through the door. Everyone was very professional. Our RNs Rhea & Courtney were so super sweet and so very attentive to my daughter's needs AND to mine. Carlos was wonderful and very funny. He made my daughter feel very comfortable about anesthesia. Can't say enough good things about everyone here and my daughter's care and treatment. I'd give them 10 stars if I was able. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

  My husband went in here today for a procedure. He used the restroom prior to the procedure. As he was coming back out of the restroom they stopped him to take him back. He told them that he needed to let his wife know that he was going back. The nurse told him that she would be sure to let me know. As I'm sitting there waiting for my husband to return, I see his patient number go into the pre op screen. My heart was broken. She didn't follow through on letting me know at all. Then we weren't thrilled that while he was partly under for the procedure the nurses were talking about their sex lives and personal buisness. There is a place and a time for that talk, but a hospital room with a patient isn't that place!

  The place is very nice. Very professional. The wait was kept to a minimum. We were given info to text so we could get an up to date progress, it made the wait and stress less taxing. The receptionist was more patient than most I've seem and very helpful. The building and interior is very modern. The exterior is brick and has ample parking. Getting in and out was east also.
