  Tried calling the after hours call line for over 2 hrs straight. No one ever picked up the phone. Why would you have an after hours call line, if they are not going to so do their job. You can’t get good ratings if you say we are here for your needs 24/7 if that is not what you mean. The is misleading. And yes someone from administration needs to do their job and follow up and see why phones are not being answered.
