  Love this place. I live close to Cambridge and prefer to drive here over the Cambridge DOT physical facilities. Staff is always polite and courteous. I got my physical done last summer here but recently lost my card. Called this morning to get a replacement and left a VM. Danelle returned my call in less than 5 mins, verified my info and emailed me a copy within seconds. Great place to go for all you fellow truckers.

  Don’t leave name and call back number when they don’t answer. They will in fact not call you back. Unprofessional receptionist. After on hold for 40 min she picked the phone back up and said “wow, I can’t believe you are still there. “ and put me back on hold. All of the above happened just to make a pre-employment audio test appointment. Not the actual visit, just scheduling it!

  Do not get your DOT physical there they force The sleep study and the cpap . If you read fmcs there is no section for cpap and with force and holding your job hostage. Yet the doctor and the practical nurses over step ther bounds when it comes to DOT they try and say it's the law and it's not the fmcs is law not them.
