  I just received in the mail over the weekend my EOB I went in on 1/21 for flu symptons, first off the lady at the counter not friendly or welcoming at all...that being said my EOB for this visit was charged $402.00 now this is what happened I was there for maybe 15 minutes had a qtip shoved up my nose that was very uncomfortable that the Dr. said she could NOT get a clear reading on my flu result....wrote me out two prescriptions and sent me on my way only said it was an upper respitory infection so I go next door again I was only there 15 minutes at best to pickup my prescription one prescription I could not get filled as it was $30.00 and my insurance did not cover it...why? because it was an OTC I'm like OTC? she said yeah the same as over the counter Mucinex and a prescription for Naxoprin which is Alieve....that was it two weeks later I was not feeling any better and had to see my family Dr. ( should of went there to begin with ) he even said this so called Dr. Michelle Bussati I believe is how it's spelled should of prescribed me an antibiotic to begin with....all of this justifies $402.00 charge and you wonder why we are in the situation we are in for health care.....my insurance paid all but $178.00 DO NOT THINK I will be paying that balance to them no not at all DO NOT GO THERE try to get into your family Dr. or better yet go to the ER....this place does not care about your well being at all HORRIBLE!!!!!

  They really earn every poor review ! The doctors and nurses are a joke ! But it is Genesis !

  Every one was very nice to me even the Dr. I was the only one there and was done in about 30 minutes. The only reason it took that long was cause I was chatting with the lady who checked me in lol
