  Took son in for abdominal pain they sent him home saying it's just a virus he'll be fine But me as a mom knew something wasn't right so I took him to the ER in Zanesville and they ran test and we waited for what seemed forever in the kids area room then got moved to the er room because kids rooms closed for a few hours but after all the wait and test we released he needed surgery because he's appendix was going to rupture The doctor on that night said I made the right call in bringing him in to the er. So please don't waste your time at this first Care it's better to wait hours at er at least you get the right answer for you or your children.

  I took my sick daughter here today. There were five people in front of us, but the staff were extremely kind; they got us in and we were able to be seen by the doctor within half an hour. The doctor was very thorough, and when the test results came back, they called in the medicine immediately. I’m very impressed and extremely thankful for their help today.

  We went at 7:45 on a Thursday morning. They had one person registering people - that took 45 minutes. I then got put on the list to actually get seen which took another 45 minutes. No one was especially nice but they weren’t truly rude either. Just meh. It took 2 hours to actually see someone and the doctor didn’t do ANYTHING. Told me the virus would pass and to prepare the rest of my house for it. I told her I know my child, she doesn’t have a virus, no one else is sick and this is a very typical thing for her. The doctor literally spent 5 minutes with us and wouldn’t give us anything to help. The next day my daughter was feeling worse and we took her to The Little Clinic in Newark. We were prescribed some meds and spoke thoroughly with the doctor about treatment and got some meds and advice.

  Unless you let them do a covid test they don't want to treat you. Went in for strep test and they asked several times if I wanted a covid test, after I said no, because that was not why I was there they became rude and did nothing to help me. I already know I'm covid negative
