  Omgsh I will never go there for my children ever again. The women at the front desk are so rude and not child friendly. The women checking me and my one year old in persistently was trying to make me feel like I did something bad for rescheduling my daughters appointment because the hearing test was two hours apart from the actual doctors visit and she needed to go take a nap. So when I came back she was being extremely rude and saying unnecessary things to purposely be rude while I'm standing there holding my 30 lbs daughter. She made me stand there for over 10 minutes while she shuffled through paper work that they misplaced instead of checking us in and seating us I had to ask to go sit down. If there's one thing as an adult women I will not tolerate its for another women to be a Karen to me when I don't have to take it. Because she didn't check us in until she was done shuffling the paper work we had to sit and wait for over 40 minutes while others where called back that came in 20 minutes after us while I'm sitting there trying to keep my one year old entertained. I will absolutely go out of town for a more pleasant experience. I walked out. Women being rude to other women especially mothers is really nasty and not a good look, do better and fire that women. It also took me over 3 months to make and go to this appointment and to be treated like that? No thank you. I'm also not someone that takes things super sensitively so if I feel like she was being purposely rude and arrogant then she absolutely was.

  I have seen Dr. Pusz twice now, and both times were great! He is one of the few out there that really takes the time to listen to you and address your concerns and explain things instead of just making his mind up and then blowing off anything you say.
