My experience has been that I had a referral to this office. After a week i called to ask about my appointment only to find the nurses had reviewed my chart and decided to not schedule me. No communication to ask about circumstances or why I was requesting an appointment. Waiting now for a call from them to discuss. Perhaps a call to let me know would be a good idea and to discuss the reasons for the request. Hopefully this was just a mistake on their part.

Awful place. I’m sure it’s good for diabetes. For thyroid, they have no idea what they are doing. Rude. They don’t update charts or document properly. Genesis, I called patient experience and that was an experience too. I was upset when I called, the lady was rude. Pretty sure she didn’t do anything with my report after she hung up on me. So your patient experience gets zero stars. So if the patient experience is to make you more upset. You’re doing great!

The worst experience. I do not recommend visiting this office as they used a trial-and-error approach. Provided one prescription that did not work, my appointments were spaced several months apart due to the endocrinologist traveling out of the country a few times, and then suggested I visit someone who does laser hair removal. They did not put the time or care in.

Really slow when asking to switch pumps it's been close to 3 months and still no answer.
