  Told Jenny Daubert how I was having trouble with bread. Also told her how my stomach and colon was doing 3 1/2 years ago. She did absolutely NOTHING. Kept asking her to help me, she finally told me to "quit seeking attention.". STILL wouldn't help me. Referred me to Columbus, but told me to call them for my ongoing stomach and colon issues. I can't. Get into see someone in Columbus till February 2025. Genesis digestive disease

  I had a terrifying experience with Dr. Churnick approx 9 yrs ago, being awake during the entire colonoscopy. Recently, I tried to schedule an appt with another Dr in the same office and was refused. After four conversations with office staff, i was told that they insisted that I stay with the Dr. Churnick. In my opinion, this is so wrong! Why can't I go with another Dr that i would feel more comfortable with since I had such a horrible and painful experience with Dr. Churnick? Why can't a patient choose who they would prefer? AND No need in calling "patient experience" below. I called 3 times. They won't return your call!

  Went for my 1st app. today and 1st and foremost this location is beautiful. Inside and out. Traffic can be a little crazy at certain times of the day but it's tolerable. The staff, nurses and Dr's. Here are absolutely great! 1st time I felt like the Dr's cared about what was going on with me and actually trying to help get down to the bottom of it. Thanks genesis
