- ABAndrea BowmanNov 14, 20241.0Forgot to give me genetic test results, left me in the dark for months about a lymph node biopsy because they didn't do a follow up, forgot to give me post operative information that ended up delaying my radiation, didn't do a follow up again after telling me I would need another surgery, then decided I didn't, but didn't tell me that.
