  Really helpful place with nice staff. The food was awesome. As long as you cooperate with them it’s great.

  My son is a patient there I haven't heard from him in months can't get anyone to answer the damn phone don't know if my son is ok safe in danger alive or dead I am about to call the cops to do a well being check on him I have no car or my license to go see him just would like an update on my son what's so hard about that I don't understand

  if youre mentally ill without anger issues, youre treated like an animal. if you say you dont feel taken care of, the nurse on duty will tell the head doctor that you got worse so they keep you there longer. the nurses treat the place as a prison instead of a stabalization place. there was 2 good nurses, the rest of them were horrible. go somewhere else, and parents who want to put their kids in here to get them stabalized, go somewhere else. this is an evil place. your child will feel threatened and wont feel cared for. your child will get worse. they will learn to lie, they will develoup an ED if they naturally eat more. they use pressure reassurance to get information that you have said youre not comfortable with saying. they dont care about your trauma, they put everyone through the same classes without care. they think everyone is the same. they dont care about you.

  I highly recommend finding another facility. The staff here is horrible!! They don not care about their patients, they are only there for a paycheck. I will be going to the hospitals president for sure on the experience my family went through.

  I honestly think they deserve a much better rating but that’s my experience, the only thing kind of disappointing was that there’s no individual therapy at least for the minors side but they’re really flexible like I’ve been there quite a few times and every time for lunch and dinner I ate chicken tenders well after my very first day there pizza for lunch and burger for dinner and I ate chicken a lot But there’s two nurses that they would give like an extra bad of chips with like snack or something lol, and there both named brittney. One am the other evening and thank you to the both of you for everything
