  The office staff is terrible, theres no communication and they leave people unstaffed for weeks without warning. If you care about your loved ones dont go with this place when looking for home care

  I am deeply disappointed by the conduct of the staff at this company. Their behavior has been consistently unprofessional, and rather than addressing concerns in a constructive and respectful manner, they have engaged in retaliatory actions that only escalate issues or just not address them period. Such behavior reflects poorly on the organization and undermines trust and confidence in their services. Professionalism and accountability should be core values in any workplace, and unfortunately, my experience has shown a lack of both. I truly feel sorry for any client that they have or receive in the future. I also hope management takes the necessary steps to address these concerns and improve the culture within their team instead of indirectly making comments to other staff members instead of addressing it to the correct individual. Also I would highly suggest not to forge documents to pass state regulations.
