  I went there today, as the UPMC concierge said they were in-network. I walked in, and to my left were half a dozen people huddled in some chairs in a waiting room the size of a closet. The receptionist was in a booth that looked like a theatre ticket counter. I asked if I could just have a look at the frames and she refused, saying I needed to make an appointment. REALLY?? An appointment just to look? Forget them. I got a great deal elsewhere and beautiful frames.

  I have been going here for years and love it. The new Dr is very nice (sorry,I've forgotten her name) and she answers all your questions and really takes her time with you. The rest of the staff has been nothing but nice and helpful in helping you choose frames, doing adjustments, and answering questions. Highly recommend!

  I think these people are very dishonest. They have no prices displayed on their frames. First they want to know how much your insurance will pay for frames then they take you to a section and coincidentally their the same amount your insurance will pay. My insurance would pay 300.00 for frames and I was shown a 300.00 section. Remember they have no prices displayed on their frames. Such a rip off. Will never go back there.

  I had a great experience over all! They were patient, kind & attentive. Didn't wait long to be seen at all. I would recommend them to my family & friends. I really like my glasses too.
